Fabrizio Francia advises and represents leading local companies and private individuals in various areas of Italian law. In recent years, he has specialised above all in private and commercial law and white-collar crimes. He also offers legal advice on the administrative liability of entities (corporate liability) pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 and is a member of boards of auditors.
In addition, Fabrizio Francia is a speaker and moderator at conferences and seminars on private law and collaborates in the organisation of training events with entities and leading institutions providing continuing education for professionals.
