Giovanni Polonioli joined the law firm LBFP Avvocati as Of Counsel in September 2020 following an impressive institutional career, including as CEO of public and private companies primarily active in the renewable energy sector.
Giovanni Polonioli was mayor of the town of Leifers, South Tyrol, vice-president of Sel SpA, president of Hydros Srl, president of SE Hydropower Srl, president of Alperia Vipower Srl, president of Edipower SpA and member of the board of Edison SpA. He is currently president of Alperia Greenpower Srl.
Professionally, Giovanni Polonioli has many years of experience in legal disputes (including arbitration) in various areas of private law, particularly in tort law, in damage litigation, liability of physicians, business contracts and insurance law. He also advises and assists our clients in the area of commercial law, with a focus on corporate law and the creation of corporate governance models.
