Carlo Bertacchi has extensive experience in the field of white-collar crimes and tax law, in advising companies on commercial and corporate law and business contracts, as well as in drafting organisation, management and control models pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001. He has been assisting Italian and multinational companies and corporations in all these areas of law for many years.
A lawyer before the higher courts since 2005, Carlo Bertacchi is also a contract lecturer at the Free University of Bolzano and the “Politecnico” university for engineering and architecture in Turin. At the Free University of Bolzano, he also teaches on the Master’s Degree Programme in Innovation Engineering. He has been a contract lecturer at the specialised school for the legal professions of the universities of Verona and Trento since 2016 and a lecturer at the School of Higher Education of Auditors of Triveneto since 2019. He also speaks at courses and conferences on corporate law, compliance and the liability of corporate bodies.
