Jakob Schramm is an associate of the firm.
He assists and represents private individuals and companies in civil law matters both in and out of court, with a focus on contract and corporate law. He also advises Italian and international businesses in the areas of compliance, integrated management systems, occupational health and safety pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008, whistleblowing pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023 and the administrative liability of companies pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001. He authors organisation, management and control models, is member of supervisory bodies pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001 and officer for internal reporting channels pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023.
