Ivo Deola is an associate of the firm.
His main area of practice is private law, advising and representing our clients both in and out of court. He has particular expertise in the areas of damage litigation, professional law and insurance law, transport law, tenancy and residential property law and debt recovery. His specialisms include commercial and corporate law as well as business crisis law and insolvency law.
Ivo Deola has been a council member of the Bolzano Bar Association since 2019 and also their Chamber Secretary since 2023. Furthermore, he has been admitted to the mediation centre of the Bolzano Bar Association as a mediator for civil and commercial matters.
