Esther Pomella provides legal advice in all areas of civil law. She provides counsel on business law and assists Italian and foreign corporations in drafting contracts and in conducting relations with their clients and suppliers, as well as with public authorities. She also assists corporations in drafting and implementing governance structures that comply with occupational health and safety regulations and with legislation pertaining to environmental protection, privacy and anti-corruption, as well as in drafting, adopting and implementing organisation models pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001.
